Rich N Roots helps students in grades 5–12 build emotional intelligence, confidence, leadership, communication skills, financial literacy, and real-life readiness through caring mentorship, hands-on learning, and meaningful community experiences.

Rich N Roots
Rich N Roots is a youth development nonprofit serving students in grades 5–12 throughout Gardena and surrounding Los Angeles County communities. Through mentorship, emotional wellness education, leadership development, financial literacy, career exploration, and community engagement, we help young people build the inner and practical skills they need to thrive. Our programs create supportive spaces where youth can understand themselves, strengthen their confidence, make informed decisions, develop healthy relationships, and prepare for their futures.
